Development of New Grave Space

This project included the design and development of 140 new burial lots in an existing space that was once planned to be a street but was never built. This new section would add much needed revenue for the parish cemetery where revenue producing lots were very limited. Work included discussions and needs determination with the parish for size of proposed lots as well as cost analysis of burial plot pricing in and around cemetery to determine competitive pricing structure for new lots. CF developed site plans and laid out range markers for this new section.
